A stellate
ganglion block (sympathetic block) is an injection of local
anesthetic administered by a pain management doctor into the
front of the neck for pain treatment located in the head, neck,

(shingles), or intractable angina. Stellate ganglion blocks are also

With a Gasserian Ganglion

ganglion. Total duration of pain relief will be six to 12 hours. If
